Trustees
The St. Andrew By-The-Sea Trustees have responsibility for the property of the church.
In process now:
Construction of an access ramp from the Sanctuary and Admin building to the Celebration Center, as well as additional handrails from the parking lot to the Sanctuary. Contact the office for more information about the effort or make a donation payable to St. Andrew and noted "Ramp & Rails."
There are many needs for 2010:
- Powerwashing of the sanctuary
- Repair of AC units in the Celebration Center, Admin Building and Sanctuary
- Roof repairs over the nursery and music rooms
- New gravel and repaving of the church parking lot
- Upgrade of the sanctuary restrooms and parsonage bathrooms
- New carpet for the nursery
Can you help make a project happen? We have limited funds for repairs, but special over and above gifts beyond your pledge are always appreciated. We can't do ministry without functioning buildings! Please contact the head of the trustees or the Director of Administration for more information.
In 2009, the trustees have had to make several major repairs:
- The replacement of the Sanctuary Roof - Cost approx. $30,000
- Replacement of windows in the Kids Kingdom area of the Admin/Education Building - $30,000
- Replacement of the dampering system of the HVAC system in the Celebration Center - $2000
Your continuing support of our operating budget and funding of the Endowment have helped to make these essential repairs possible.
