Health Ministries

Loaves of Love:
The Health Ministry Committee has a mission-LOAVES OF LOVE-that we would like to make available to those in need. We can provide a meal for those members who are recovering from a hospital stay.  If you or other members of our church family have this need, please call the church office at 785-4711.

Alzheimer and Dementia Caregiver Support Group:
St. Andrew offers a community support group with a focus on the issues involved with the role of a primary caregiver for a loved one who has a diagnosis of Alzheimer or dementia.  The meetings take place in the Celebration Center of St. Andrew By-The-Sea on the first and third Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m.,  and is facilitated by social worker Karen Kirby.

The meetings are open and there is no need to call ahead. However, for more information or assistance, please contact Karen Kirby at 671-5696.

Blood Drives:
Twice per year the Health Ministries Committee sponsors a Red Cross Blood Drive.  Watch for announcements of the date of the next drive.
