Health Ministries

The St. Andrew Health Ministries Committee sponsors monthly Live & Learn lunches, normally on Thursdays at 11:30am in The Wesley Room of the Celebration Center.  Guest speakers address a variety of topics.

New Alzheimer and Dementia Caregiver Support Group:

A new community support group has begun at St. Andrew to focus on the issues involved with the role of a primary caregiver for a loved one who has a diagnosis of Alzheimer or dementia.  The meetings take place in the Celebration Center of St. Andrew By-The-Sea on the first and third Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m.,  and is facilitated by social worker Karen Kirby.

The meetings are open and there is no need to call ahead. However, for more information or assistance, please contact Karen Kirby at 671-5696.

Blood Drives:

Twice per year the Health Ministries Committee sponsors a Red Cross Blood Drive.
